I believe my postage fees are reasonable compared to other stores and include the cost of packaging materials as well as printing, I have reviewed the costs as of the date at the bottom of this page and actually dropped our charges as our packaging costs have dropped so I am happy to pass on that saving to our customers.

If ordering a large amount please use the parcel option, the automatic selection can sometimes play up so if you believe there is an error please contact me and I will check, I will always contact you if I can send cheaper.

I use packaging made from recycled materials where possible including mail bags, jiffy bags and cardboard boxes,  we sometimes reuse packaging (Lego boxes) where we can to keep costs down and to reduce waste. I post at least 3 times a week and often daily.

Please allow additional time during bank holidays and whilst things are affected by industrial action and the weather.

Orders with over 100 lots or 200 items may take an additional day but will still be sent within our advertised 1-3 days, any delays beyond that and I will contact you before processing.

Discount codes cannot be used on shipping costs unless the code is for free shipping, please contact us if you have any difficulty in redeeming a code.

Orders should arrive promptly but please check the royal mail status page if your order hasn't arrived to see if there are any incidents in your area, I obtain proof of posting but there is nothing I can do until royal mails delivery expectation times have passed so please do not get in touch before then, details of current timescales can be found at royalmail.com or via the Royal Mail app.
